So you stay home/vote 3rd party, Trump wins. Now medical care for trans is illegal and Palestine gets ethnically cleansed. Noah is kind, but y'all proved most of you are trolls.

(newsom is against medical care for trans people, that's the entire point)
Those things are already happening, and the Dems are signaling that having a problem with those things is "a distraction from kitchen table issues." So, what's the distinction here?
there wasnt a single red line biden drew on gaza that he didn't let bibi cross. stop pretending that part of foreign policy isn't uniparty. you ppl 'trolley problemed' why they should be sacrificed last time & now you're throwing us on that same track along with homeless & immigrants. fuck off.
Mainstream Democrats are trying to build political consensus with the right on restricting trans rights and there was ALREADY political consensus on supporting Israel between Democrat and Republican politicians. If the Democrat candidates that get pushed continue this, it doesn't matter who wins.
If those are your examples for "it'll be worse under a Republican!", you haven't been paying attention to the criticisms being made of Democrats. Biden wanted Palestine genocided. Kamela wanted Palestine genocided. That's, in part, why she LOST - an extreme disconnect between policy and base.
Kamela also refused to go to bat for trans people - when asked about trans rights, she said that she'd follow the law (in an environment where transphobic laws were being passed more and more frequently).
I gotta say, in discussing strategies that push away voters: “Stay home/vote third party” is more damaging to Democrats than “I won’t vote for a transphobe, please pick another candidate”
Can’t imagine “transphobia/genocide is bad” being met with “Well, vote third party or stay home” helps Dems get a vote, let alone show them to be opposition such policies.
P2025 anti trans laws were passed in 27 states during the Biden admin. Not under Trump, under Biden. Don't you fucking try to tell me about the challenges we face.
