It's not just citation, it's literally over a hundred of instances of outright plagiarism. They've repeatedly stolen the work of journalists directly, often copying articles word for word. I'm not criticizing them for minor mishaps. I'm criticizing them for being frauds and thieves.
I don’t think they’ve ever claimed to be anything more than a social media page sharing information. They are not journalists and it is not an accredited publication. I find this crusade petty and counterproductive.
I disagree. I think they've gained a lot of clout by repeatedly implying that info comes from them directly. What other reason is there to not provide a source, especially at scale? That, and the "code numbers" posts drive people into wild, conspiratorial places. That's more than worth criticizing.
Sounds more like you are trying to discredit them. What's the matter? AltNPS undermining your boss and besties? They are the original. You are zero credibility and shortly gone away.
I mean, yes, that's exactly what I'm doing. AltNPS is a fraud account that is distracting their audience from engaging in real activism. But they don't need my help discrediting themselves. The months of "code" numbers are more than enough reason to mistrust them. Why do that?

The code stuff is legitimately what Qanon was doing on 4chan when they first were kicking off. At first, I was doubtful, but then I saw how they kept encouraging speculation from their followers, and never directly stepped in to discourage conspiracies. Some of the threads are deeply concerning.
