The altNOAA account has been posting weird stuff for a while now. No idea what’s up with them. They seemed to go off the rails a bit with questionably wrong(didn’t look into it myself personally) advice after the Texas flood.

My biggest issue with them is that they constantly repost and reply to each other’s posts, sometimes with lots of gifs, and it makes it hard to get to the useful information that they do sometimes share.
