I pay my credit card over the phone. Is that ChatGPT? It's automated, but seems much the same as it was 10+ years ago.

Probably not for something as simple as that. But where you ask for assistance, often the first thing you battle against will be an AI bot. You can tell by giving rather random and unexpected responses to their prompts.
