It just keeps getting worse. The Trump admin is punishing disaster response workers who are sounding the alarm on his FEMA cuts. These whistleblowers are trying to warn us about a "Katrina level" disaster and the admin is trying to silence them.

I lived in Ft Myers during Irma (2017) and Ian (2022). I PROMISE that FEMA is very, very important. And so is the Red Cross… for entirely different reasons, but it takes a lot of effort to get through a disaster. FEMA is key for the worst of it.
