Until you know the full story of it's rescue. Some cannot be released back into the wild. They've lost their ability to fight and fend off other predators because they needed to be rescued and tamed. This bear is and will live a long happy life

Sure,but does he have any education as well,biologist or veterinarian? In my country we have plenty of "organisations" like this and there were people who'd done it for a long time,to later discover that they were doing more harm than help.
