Let me just add that Biden sent $10 million to the county to upgrade their system. The voters demanded officials return it. They couldn’t so they used it to give themselves raises. Live by the sword, die by the sword.

2/2 let’s be super clear — a stipend is how a Sheriff’s office could funnel illegal funds. Unlike salary, it’s not transparent. Corrupt transactions look legit. A forensic audit by the next DOJ would be nice — RICO in play because it takes patterned abuse to get thru all that federal money?
