Biden struck militia forces in Iraq and Syria, who had attacked US forces/bases. Trump unilaterally bombing Iran without ever having approval, not under NATO and without being attacked by Iran, is a different animal. Maybe Biden & Obama were wrong also, fine, but it absolutely isn't "the same."

Article II, Section 2 of the US Constitution specifies that it must be an immediate threat. There is no evidence that it was and quite a lot of evidence that it wasn't.

The claim wasn't that Iran HAD nuclear weapons, but that they were WORKING on them, which is very clearly NOT an immediate threat.
