Depends on your ape factor and femur/tibia ratio IME. They’re better for me but that’s more of a core lock thing because I’m DL-Optimized/Squat Cursed geo.
I have come to terms with the fact that I cannot normal deadlift. I can hex bar, and rdl. but nothing normal. I offset this with squatting heavy enough to crush any feelings of disappointment
