By the legal definition in that jurisdiction but if the other individual willingly participated I don't consider it an assault unless he was forced or coerced.

Just to be 100% clear, you're saying the "rape by deception", "rape-by-fraud", and "rape-by-trickery" laws that are on the books in various jurisdictions should be repealed, in-part or entirely? And some or all of the convictions under those laws should be vacated? Or something else?
