Years ago noticed one of my neighbors push mowing. Knew he had a rider. Say to him if your rider is down use mine. Him “rider is fine just to age I need to do this for exercise.” I thought that’s ridiculous. Anyway I’ll tell the rest of the story after In done push mowing my lawn for exercise.
I have a neighbor whohas a lawn that is maybe 20 ft by 30 ft and he (a very fit 30 something yo) uses a riding mower (it's fucking ridiculous). To be fair I refer to him as Drunk Trespassing Jason, but still.

This week has been a challenge, given Tessa’s incision drama. I took an unprecedented 3 days off from running, as I tried to recuperate from life fatigue. Realized how jittery I felt this morning, totally anxious for whatever reason. BIG SIGH I knew the cure. 4 (slow) miles later, I’m much better.
