That’s up from the last two years as I thought the trend was going the other way. Gonna get worse for homebuyers as Trump admin will do nothing.

This happened Canada as well foreign investors buying up homes and Condominiums raising the cost of homes. Finally the 🇨🇦 government put an end to it but too the damage is done.

More Americans will be living the trailer park dream - yes, you own your house, but not the land in which it sits. Or we just won't be able to afford where we choose to live.

Trailers take up a lot of space. The new trend is tiny homes. “Tiny Homes! Do you love that feeling you get when riding coach on an airplane and wish you whole life was like that? Tiny homes!”

I hate that they are normalizing it. Great for people who WANT that, or for those w/out homes or people who want to live off the grid, but I feel like people are trying ro make lack of personal space seem COZY & "luxurious" to push people out of thinking they deserve affordable NORMAL homes.

Wait till you find out how much of the Mortgage Backed Securities market is held by foreign investor groups. IMO, this is more concerning than the ownership of real property, but hey what do I know? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Just wanted to point out 56% of these so called "International buyers" are legal immigrants that have been here for less than two years & anyone that holds a visa to legally work or stay here. It's not like randos from 8000 miles away just clicking away buying up properties like socks from Amazon.

47% paying all cash and 47% buying as vacation or rental homes suggests a decent chunk of folks clicking away like it’s Amazon.
