I love the premise, but I’m also curious if it can actually be done. I think that’s gotta be the nuclear option for the states, though - because if they try that and it *doesn’t* work, there’s not much else that can be done. Like, that has to be the ‘he’s trying to cancel the election’ option

I don’t think he will seat the new Congress if they turn out to be Democrats. He will make phony excuses, his base will believe him and with the National Guard in DC how could the new Congress fight their way in to the capital without it looking like a January 6 sequel?
