Russia is not a managed democracy. And “managed democracy” is an attempt to sugar coat living in an autocracy.
We ALL know that. And some of us who are Ukrainian have known this forever. But that's what Russia is referred to in international relations. If you have a problem with that then take it up with the IR scholars and community.

Well yes and no. You have to vote for Lil Kim otherwise you get taken away. That differs from a managed democracy where people vote for who they want, but the leader wins and remains in power because the system is rigged in his favour. NK has a "staged" election.
