Nope + I worked in service. If single item, maybe 20% because the back and forth etc. A small dinner, say two guests eat between them 3-4 courses+simple beverage order, it is 18%. 30% IF I see some situation the server is dealing with, a crowd, or seeing server struggle with bad management issues.
