Happy 20th. My wife and I had a vow renewal on a beach in Hawaii for our 14th, about a year after my first heart transplant. We will have been married 35 years this November and I owe her another vow renewal for my second heart transplant. I adore her will all three of my hearts ❤️❤️❤️

You poor thing! That’s too many heart transplants. I’m so glad you’re doing well and you picked a partner who stuck by you through it all. I have one of those too, and they’re rare. Do the second renewal!!! Celebrate that success!! ❤️❤️❤️
