Right like Oregon has zero infrastructure, personnel, etc for in-person voting. Even if they wanted to comply, I'm not sure they could before 2028

There is, unfortunately, a petition going around to get an initiative to end mail-in voting in Oregon. I haven’t looked at their estimated timeline but a) they’re nuts and b) the bugs wouldn’t be worked out by 2028, leaving plenty of room for challenges (by either party)
