Oh, to have a kitchen large enough for things to have dedicated spots. Itβs the one thing I miss about working in commercial kitchens.

Yeah. Getting home and literally having to peel the uniform off. All the cuts and burns. Every day being amazed at new levels of stupidity from customers. But damn, I miss having a giant tomato slicer like this.
