I do believe John Eastman was one of the junior attorneys on this case. The name may be familiar. I read that years ago but have not looked it up lately. So many of the same people are invoking in both.

The more I look back on the 2000 Election, the more I am convinced that the SC was in on the scam. Did the GOP know the court was their Ace in the Hole? The court had some of the same corrupt members then that they have now. And it is known that O’Conner wanted the Presidency to remain in GOP hands.
Have you read about the Brooks Riot in Miami Dade County to stop them counting. Lots of the same folks organized the “stop the steal” insurrection.

The election victory for W. Bush was more a Supreme Court full of hacks than vote hacking. You can blame a lot on SCOTUS from Bush v Gore, Citizens United up to these last rulings giving the 🍊🤡 the right to do whatever tf he wants!

He could have fought harder. Jesse Jackson was ready to counter the Brooks Brothers riot, but Gore declined. Gore oversaw the Electoral College where he dismissed electors who challenged the Florida electoral votes. Even if unsuccessful, it would have sent a strong message.

There is no question the 2000 decision was politically motivated. Never has been. Gore won the popular vote. There was a significant amount of Florida voters that insist that their votes were never recorded in 2000. Bob Woodward mentions Florida vote erasure in one of his books. Seems to happen often there. The authorities have done a poor job of election security for some time. @schumer.senate.gov
