Consist and headcode 2Zxx suggests "Breakdown train, not going to clear the line". Is it the day after the Conington South derailment and collision?

Yes that's correct and previous pix on that film show the train being shunted on the site of the former Hatfield shed. But the year is unknown although given the lack of tree leaves I reckon December to March.
