What I don't get is; there's a pipeline form the Benicia refineries to West Sac about 3 mi from me. Gas barely has to be moved. But in the small town red/rural/Trump parts of NorCal gas is consistently .50/.75¢ cheaper than it is by me? And they still complain.

Here in Western Australia it's a good day if you can find petrol for $1.60/litre. At today's conversion rate that's US$4.60/gallon. Usually it's a bit more.
