Drug deaths are recorded differently (and arguably more accurately) in Scotland. They include deaths attributed to drugs that have been prescribed as well as illegal drugs But SNP Bad! I want my licence fee back. I hate that it's used for propaganda, and campaigning for the slimy Fromage.
Maybe if drugs wasn't a reserved power then Scotland could bring in policies that have worked in other countries instead of getting told no every time we propose them? Hell, westminster won't even let us bring in a recycling scheme. Time to cut the cord.

But leave out the most important information that the powers are held in Westminster and sco.gov have there hands tied and can do only what they can, and the powers when asked to be devolved was denied from Westminster 😠
The BBC, like the Brit establishment they represent, are the biggest scammers imaginable. If you want any truth, then look elsewhere for your news.
