An executive order is not a law. We have to quit treating them like they are.

It’s not up to us (the people). The system is treating it as law because all of his henchman are in charge of everything.

There are in fact things a president can do via executive order. And even if he exceeds his authority he can do a lot of damage before a court weighs in. That’s why universities, law firms and businesses are caving. They shouldn’t be, I agree. But they are frightened.

With SCOTUS in his pocket they might as well be. That is why it’s imperative for the democrats yo win the house and senate by commanding majorities so they must move quickly to undo the damage and impeach and remove Trump from office and Roberts et al from the bench.
