I read the caption first and then for several seconds thought the picture was a section of a bicycle tyre showing a thorn sticking through it! Actually a very nice picture.

Ha! Yes. I used to post photos taken during evening bike rides but have been so busy at the allotment this year I have not been on many. Hopefully will get a few more in before the cold weather and dark evenings move in.
