California is huge. That is a lot of leaves and needles. I guess they could be loaded on many trains and taken to the desert where the sun could burn them. Let's face it. The task is not doable. Nature always wins.

😆 I was getting this picture of taking mulch to a blue state and covering the whole state with it. We could put it on golf courses. Then there would be the extra fun of trying to find the ball.
