Interesting. I guess this shows I've got more misanthropic leanings than I thought because I would've expected them to focus on minorities to keep the illusion of separation between groups. That the comfort of the majority being exempt would keep them complacent rather than empathetic.
I would've expected branching out to the majority would do more to make us realize we're all vulnerable. While I know their goal is to expand, that they never just stay to one group, that we are all vulnerable... idk, I don't understand these folks anyway so I'm not surprised at my misunderstanding

Yup. That's really a good point. I'm surrounded by so many people ready to mobilize and support each other to stop this nonsense that I think I'm in a bit of a bubble and I forget how this can frighten compliance rather than steeling resolve. Thanks for that.
