Your evidence is always so pathetically bad I keep coming back for the laughs.

There are certain diseases that are more common among Ashkenazi Jews than among other groups. The most charitable interpretation is that the notation was shorthand for something in the differential diagnosis. Be interesting to ask the doc face to face their thinking. Or… it’s antisemitism 🤷🏼
No. The only food-related genetic disease I know of in Jewish populations is favism, an inability to digest fava beans. (Most Ashkenazi genetic conditions are lipid-storage diseases like Tay-Sachs.) But you only find favism in Sephardic populations so—no. It’s antisemitism.
The “Jewish” notation isn’t listed under “allergies” (which aren’t necessarily food-related anyway). It’s in the section marked “Current complaints”. It follows a note reading “No allergies” but appears to be unrelated. Still could be antisemitism of course, but not necessarily
Favism isn't an allergy and I'm not getting your point. It's antisemitism.
The time me and the missus tried to declare our Race and Descent to the #ObamaCare forms
my darling wife was forcing me to scream "I deposited four thousand dollars into our account!" into a smartphone in a burrito joint in South Central Los Angeles
Dump that bitch. She's using you.

Haven't yet seen a more obvious invention of antisemitism than this! You Israelis are criminal child killers but spend all your time inventing antisemitic incidents to distract us. The goal: to facilitate the MURDER OF MORE AND MORE CHILDREN. Shame on you forever HEN MAZZIG.
Do you have the backstory here? Given that it is under "allergies," maybe the doctor was signaling that the patient needed a kosher diet.
Ashkenazi Jews are at risk for Tay-Sach disease. The doctor was doing his job; the healthcare forms have fields for Race and Descent
You're grasping for straws, right? It would be in another section as "kosher" in dietary restrictions. Not in the preexisting conditions. This guy needs to be booted out
All doctors jot down their patients' descent to check for inherited diseases such as Tay-Sachs or Sickle Cell Anemia. Your victim card has expired
there’s a word for that already. and it’s never listed under allergies but under dietary restrictions.
This is Hen, doing as Israeli propagandists often do, aiming to destroy the career of an Arab doctor because he made a simple mistake. For his attempt to highlight the kashrut dietary considerations of the patient, the Israeli lobby, to distract from genocide, destroy his reputation.
Since it's right by allergies, which of course could include food allergies, maybe it was someone's ignorant but well-intended way of saying that she needs kosher food? (Yeah, I know, I'm trying too hard.)
