If ICE saw something that would slow them up. If they felt their invincibility wax challenged. Would they say, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

Probably. In theory. But, who or what is going to slow them up? You would probably need a large armed resistance. ICE has the full backing of Trump, Congress, and the majority of Republican voters.
