I love the idea of having multiple trees and creating a cosy space to lie under. I would totally do that if I had the space. Maybe I’ll get some bits are try and do like a cosy den type area.

From thanksgiving to Easter (old Swedish lore) I had a 6ft in the entrance, 5ft in the inner hall, 7ft in my bedroom and 8ft in the lounge. All moved into the 7x10ft spare room the rest of the year. I loved that after Christmas the lights in the village remained as 'winter lights'...

Right now I have non of that, but I have 2 strings of battery powered lights, rechargeable batteries, a Christmas tree oodie, my favourite festive candle, my lovely wool blanket, an insulated white mug with iridescent snowflakes on and I'm just sourcing hot chocolate supplies. We make it work.
