Can’t beat a toasted nut! My breakfast is 25-30 raw almonds. I used to have 2 almond croissants for lunch but I’m making that a treat now and then. Amaretti morbidi, cantuccini, anything with almonds!

I sometimes buy the Pret frozen ones, lovely and warm out of the oven they’re heaven, think it’s only Ocado (who also stock Picard ones) and large Tescos that carry them. One almond croissant is never enough!

Drooling is bad for my keyboard. The problem is the pastry. My IBS with gluten intolerance would be agony afterwards.
