Stop fragmentation of special interests. NDP brought good changes when they focused on issues that affected all Canadians. Universal health care was for everyone. Co-ops and crown corporations served everyone. Labor laws protected everyone. These were foundations for a strong, fair society.

The federal NDP need to recover their climate credibility. The BCNDP have fully embraced LNG and abandoned our children's future. When Singh stood lockstep with them in ditching the carbon tax and saying they'd "make polluters pay" he lost a lot of NDP enviros.

The BCNDP are not making polluters pay, they are paying polluters, with oil & gas subsidies for new projects which the IEA has said are not compatible with 1.5 or 2 degree targets. The federal NDP has to have the courage to distance themselves from this and make it clear they will take real action.

NDP leadership, and not just the BC wing, have been fully captured by the fossil fuel industry. On the issue of our times they are indistinguishable from the Conservatives or Liberals. What credibility they had isn't coming back anytime soon. Burn it down.

Get rid of centrist policies and those in favour of them, while we're at it, no more focus group garbage! The NDP is strong when it focuses on grassroots and workers. The party needs to show more humanity and a firm stance against corps, fascism and the genocide of Palestinians.
