Had the Appeals Court halted the tariffs the Trump Admin. would have requested a speedy appeal/ overruling from the S.C. who would then either follow the Constitution or rule in favor of the fascist. Meanwhile....tariffs will be fodder against Conservatives for Dems to win back seats. 🤞
