I also thought it looked wonky to use but after trying it at the demo it was surprisingly decent. Only thing is for the Mario Party mini games I got stuck being left handed ‘cause of the joycon side I was given and that was tough lol

You don’t need to grip the joycon in mouse mode like a computer mouse because the ergonomics are mn’t the same. People just get fixed on these kind of things instead of finding ways to make it work specifically for the need. That doesn’t mean it will always work for everyone one way or the other.
