Right? I was “over reacting”. 🙄
Right? I was “over reacting”. 🙄
The same people who called me hysterical are the same people who defended their Trump-loving relatives as “let down by Democratic policies.” I feel like the general theme is, “I don’t want to acknowledge how bigots will be bigots and vote accordingly.”
Yup! I live in a red area and all the people said I was “acting crazy” over Project 2025. In fact, some people around still have Trump signs in front of their house, and one house still has a Trump/Pence sign from 2020.
They won't be bothered even when it directly affects them as long as "the libs suffer too" mentality.
I was told multiple times that I was over-reacting. I wasn't fucking over-reacting.
I've been "over reacting" since 2016
Same
Same but sadly we were not overreacting
I’ve been “overreacting” since Reagan was elected the first time.
Agree
Same. I never thought I’d say this, but I’m buying several guns(& ammo). I know how to use them, husband too, but we agreed that we wouldn’t raise our kids with guns in our household. Hegseth’s confirmation puts us closer to being unsafe. Folks will wake up when Russians show up @ their front door.
And now Noem so I'm mulling doing the same thing. A terrifying idea populating my brain but that's where we are.
We’ll be safe around her cruel a$$ as long as we meet her canine training rules. She literally talked herself out of the VP slot w/tRump because she’s a dense psycho who didn’t realize admitting to unaliving a family pet would offend polite society. Peter Thiel said say less, here’s my guy Vance!
ME TOO !!!
Don’t forget to remind them to finally read Project 2025’s playbook: bsky.app/profile/liab...
I’ve had it on my phone to refer to since it was first reported.
#metoo
Since President Obama declined to investigate war crimes of the Bush II admin, frankly. Because people wanted to look ahead to the future instead. I'd say this is one hell of a future.
I love President Obama, but he was far too magnanimous with his third SCOTUS nomination too. Hence, the tRump Gorsuch appointment and Garland AG train wreck.
Magnanimity is our Achilles heel.
Being magnanimous about war crimes and unethical behavior from one's opponent smells a lot like cowardice, if we're being honest though.
I really don’t believe President Obama was motivated by fear. I think he believed his Constitutional Law acumen informed his decisions. I’m channeling my anger and using my energy for what’s coming from that orange threat to civilization and his dangerously evil administration.
Agree 💯 re Obama observations.
