The State Department issues them. I was born on the same base this man was, both parents are vets. I’m scared.

This case has more to do with his father not meeting the "physical presence" required in the US before Thomas' birth. His mother was not a US citizen. This article leaves a lot of information out. I did some research, and it makes sense, from a legal standpoint. I do not agree with it.
