is there a state that allow you to vote without ID?

I've had to prove who I am and where I live every time I've registered to vote. That's only 4-5 times in my life.

Once in the 90's , I walked over to my polling place When I got there , I realized I forgot my ID One of my Neighbors confirmed that I was myself and they allowed me to vote That would never happen today
