I'm curious if a bunch of the lawless, reckless, brutal ICE agents are masked so they are not identified as felons pardoned by Trump from Jan 6 insurrection, & other crimes

There is a theory floating around the masked thugs are bounty hunters, well paid by ICE, DHS- attempting to meet quotas- considering how fast DHS is burning cash- seems plausible
