This chart is even more important when you consider that transgender people make up about 1% of the nation's population, but 0.095 percent of the population who commit mass shootings, suggesting that transgender folks are *LESS* likely than cisgender folks to become mass shooters!

Why some people buy in anyways: They already hate trans people and will take any excuse, real or fictional, to attack them. I feel like we need to start pairing fact checks with rationale checks in order to better undermine bigoted and irrational agendas.
