If you add someone to a List, you won't see their shares, only their original posts (unless they add commentary to the share).

i thought i tried it and it didn't really work as i hoped. (maybe that misses out replies? although also having to treat catching up with "following" and a "loud posters" lists as 2 separate tasks also not ideal.)
