Plus, the bot is doing its best. I don’t love how they’re being used but bots should be friends 🥺 (i know I’m naive)

Agreed. But beyond that, acting with kindness is part of maintaining our humanity. If we act heartless in conversations via text with a bot, what’s to regulate us from carrying that behavior over to fellow humans via text? We should hold ourselves to a standard.
