Fair enough. My position is that I'm supportive of policies that seek to reform the private education sector because private schools entrench inequality. Can we agree that they have that effect?

VAT isn’t one of those policies. Not really. The divide between the best and worst state schools is enormous, far more widespread and governed by ability to afford a house in the best catchment.
