I'll say one thing for Trump. He's forced millions of Americans to learn history, Constitution, government rules, procedures and laws. Most of all, crash Constitution courses.

Unfortunately, nearly every president since the end of WWII has engaged in military action without even bothering to seek congressional authorization. That horse left the barn a long time ago.
