Then Bondi should be charged, too! None of these people are above the law, last time I checked. Is it too much to ask a few functional adults in the US to uphold the law? If it is, then, we've got work to do; to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Local law enforcement under democratic mayors. Bowser might have kept Musk out of the federal buildings with the DC metro police. It was worth a try. Just the symbolism of hauling him off in handcuffs would be worth a hundred Tesla protests.

Could be. Also, the National Guard in blue states—controlled by the governor until Trump nationalizes it, which would take a little time. The Institute for Peace in DC called the Metro Police on Musk’s goons. I wonder what would have happened if Bowser had just said, “Don’t let them in.”
