I tried as much as anyone I know to get energysky off the ground, and it was strong for the first few months, but I get much less engagement on it now than on LinkedIn and X (including substantive engagement)… will keep trying though!

I don't know how you get good faith engagement there, my feed was a nonstop flood of neonazis that multiplied faster than I could block them.

I’ve honestly been surprised too - lots of energytwitter folks have stayed engaged there (despite some of our attempts to get more people to transition here…)

i go there to read 5 people who haven't migrated. if they were "drifting rightward", i would unfollow. i cannot wait until i can leave there entirely.

Personally I am much less enthusiastic about posting. Between the community split across sites, the heightened state of vitriol/bad faith/shitposting, and the norming of non-factual assertions...just feels like being on any platform is less rewarding than energytwitter was. Do you feel that too?

Bit what's the quality of the engagement? I still go over because Canadian media are addicted to fake engagement numbers and wont leave, but it's so disgusting with ai/bot accounts that I just leave disgusted with everything over there.
