SCOTUS, this May 2025 established victims of excessive force could sue and use background info-video, witnesses-to show context and prove LEOs were NOT at risk. That's HUGE. 9-0 decision.

That is good. I should have said strengthen, the rights are there but very weak.

Not now. The use of them is just beginning. Will be a game changer. That ruling put paid to 'qualified immunity' in major ways. We have barely tested it.
