The good news is that blue state Governors like Hochul and Murphy are overriding the ban. The horrendous news is that a new vaccine we may need will not move forward.

Unfortunately they have the ability to just pull drugs (and vaccines) from the market by removing approval. Hoping that won't happen but every time I think they've gone as low as they could, they go lower

Agree. And I worked with the FDA - they were not noted for the ability to make a decision. They’ve been debating sunscreen ingredients for decades.
