Why does it take almost 3 months to get an injunction??? I know "the wheels of justice move slowly" but COME ON, the damage done to the rule of law in these 3 months is immense.

Breyer issued a restraining order within days of the deployment that was overturned by a federal appeals court. This injunction is a much more extensive ruling that required a trial w evidence and testimony about what troops were doing in L.A.
