The felony charge is rioting in the first degree, by the way. (Not reflected in the Enquirer article at the moment.) Punishable by a maximum of five years in prison. For being a journalist covering a protest.

I also just want to add that it's completely fucking ridiculous to act as though this small protest was any threat to public safety because it blocked one bridge connecting Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky for about an hour. Behold Cincy-NKY's embarrassment of bridges:
They arrested people for obstructing traffic on the Roebling Bridge.... ...which also occurs when drunken idiots walk back to Covington after every single Reds game. I bet like 12 cars a day take that stupid bridge that goes from nowhere to nowhere.
I've lived here most of my life and I know I've never driven on this bridge. It goes from 3rd in Covington to a roundabout in Cincy.
