I mean there's the obvious fact that he was three sheets to the wind, I mean you don't even need any new information to conclude that the fucker was likely drunk as a skunk on this "rescue mission."

It's amazing to me that he had a "business partner" and "medical professional" near enough to come to his aid and they LET HIM DRIVE!!! Sober or not, but then, when's the last time he was ever truly sober?
