I don’t think any of the Senate CR No votes were trying to get Republicans to nuke the filibuster. And I don’t think there are enough Republican votes to nuke the filibuster for a continuing resolution to maintain Biden-era budget levels.

But that is on the GOP then. They need to own everything that happens after this. Right now the Democrats have blood on their hands. If the GOP nuked the filibuster, they own the consequences. IMHO I think that would have been a better outcome, long term.
They likely would’ve just passed the 1 month CR which was on the table by the Dems.
